Abstract

Community economic empowerment is a crucial aspect in realizing social welfare and community independence. This article aims to analyze various strategies and implementation models for effective economic empowerment for congregations and the wider community. Through a literature review, we found that strengthening financial literacy, developing community-based entrepreneurship, and optimizing microfinance institutions are key pillars. The study's findings indicate that successful empowerment requires an integration of religious ethical values ​​and professional management. In conclusion, synergy between religious institutions, the government, and the private sector is essential to creating a resilient economic ecosystem.
