Pengaruh Green Human Resource Practices, Green Innovation, Dan Organization Identification Terhadap Sustainble Performance Karyawan Pada Perusahaan Logistik Di Jakarta Barat
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis variabel praktik sumber daya manusia ramah lingkungan, inovasi ramah lingkungan, dan identifikasi organisasi, yang berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja berkelanjutan pada perusahaan logistik di wilayah Jakarta Barat. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 225 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode Structure Equation Model (SEM). Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) Praktik Sumber Daya Manusia Ramah Lingkungan berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Berkelanjutan, (2) Inovasi Hijau berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Berkelanjutan, (3) Identifikasi Organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Berkelanjutan.
