Pengaruh Green Innovation, Top Management Support, Green Human Resource Management,Green Intlectual Capital Terhadap Environmental Performance pada Karyawan Hokben Jakarta Barat
Abstract
Penelitian bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis variabel inovasi hijau, dukungan manajemen puncak, manajemen sumber daya manusia hijau, dan modal intelektual hijau, yang berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja lingkungan korupsi pegawai di Hokben Jakarta Barat. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 122 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) inovasi hijau berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja lingkungan, (2) manajemen dukungan manajemen puncak berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja lingkungan, (3) manajemen sumber daya manusia hijau berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja lingkungan, (4) modal intelektual hijau berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja lingkungan.
