Pengaruh Worklife Balance, Employee Voice Behavior, Organizational Culture, dan Organizational Commitment Terhadap Intention to Stay pada Karyawan Perusahaan Start Up Edukasi di Jakarta Barat
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis variabel worklife balance, employee voice behavior, budaya organisasi, dan komitmen organisasi yang berpengaruh positif terhadap intention to stay pada karyawan perusahaan start up bidang pendidikan di Jakarta Barat. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 140 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode Structure Equation Model (SEM). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Worklife Balance berpengaruh positif terhadap Intention to Stay, (2) Employee Voice Behavior berpengaruh positif terhadap Intention to Stay, (3) Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap Intention to Stay, dan (4) Komitmen Organisasional berpengaruh positif terhadap Intention to Stay.
