LITERATUR REVIEW ARTIKEL : METODE ANALISIS NATRIUM BENZOAT MENGGUNAKAN SPEKTROFOTOMETRI UV – VIS PADA MINUMAN DAN MAKANAN KEMASAN
Abstract
Metode analisis yang akurat dan efisien untuk menentukan kadar natrium benzoat dalam makanan dan minuman kemasan. Spektrofotometri UV–Vis muncul sebagai salah satu metode analisis yang populer dan dapat diandalkan untuk pengukuran konsentrasi senyawa tertentu dalam berbagai jenis sampel. Tujuan penulisan literatur review artikel ini yaitu untuk mengetahui Metode Analisis Natrium Benzoat Menggunakan Spektrofotometri UV – VIS Pada Minuman Dan Makanan Kemasan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literatur review/studipustaka mengenai metode spektrofotometri UV – Vis pada makanan dan minuman kemasan yang diambil dari artikel/jurnal. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa metode spektrofotometri UV-Vis menjadi pilihan utama dalam analisis kuantitatif natrium benzoat karena keunggulannya dalam ketelitian, kecepatan, dan keberlanjutan.
