The Role of the Teacher in Increasing the Learning Motivation and Achievement of School Students Base
Abstract
One of the important roles played by the teacher is to increase
student learning motivation, besides being tasked with imparting
knowledge the teacher must also increase student learning
motivation and achievement. Giving motivation is done so that
students have a passion for learning and become high achieving
students. This study aims to determine the teacher's role in
increasing learning motivation and student achievement. The
method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method
with the type of literature study research. The results of the study
show that the teacher has a very important role in the learning
process, the role of the teacher can encourage student learning
motivation and motivate students to achieve their learning
achievements.
