Pengaruh Organizational Dehumanization dan Human Resource Management terhadap Service Sabotage yang dimediasi oleh Psychological Well-being pada karyawan penginapan di Desa Batununggul
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh organizational dehumanization dan human resource management terhadap service sabotage yang dimediasi oleh psychological well-being. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini bersifat primer dan dihimpun secara online dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui Google Form yang diisi oleh karyawan penginapan di Desa Batununggul. Teknik pengumpulan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling sebanyak 265 sampel. Teknik pengolahan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu pengujian instrumen seperti uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan structural equation model (SEM) menggunakan SPSS dan AMOS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa organizational dehumanization tidak memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap psychological well-being, human resource management memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap psychological well-being, dan psychological well-being memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap service sabotage. Implikasi bagi pihak manajemen penginapan agar dapat menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif dan positif bagi karyawan, sehingga para karyawan akan menunjukkan usaha yang maksimal untuk melayani pelanggan penginapan
