Pelaksanaan Pengembangan Kompetensi Pedagogik Pendidik Dalam Rangka Meningkatkan Kualitas Pembelajaran di RA Istiqomah Elbahri Rengasdengklok Karawang
Abstract
Based on Government Regulation number 19 of 2005 concerning National Education Standards, pedagogic competence is the ability to manage student learning which includes understanding of students, and developing students to actualize their potential. This research aims. This research method uses a qualitative approach, the type of research is field research (Field Research). The results of this study are the Implementation of Educator Pedagogic Competence Development in Order to Improve the Quality of Learning at RA Istiqomah Elbahri Rengasdengklok Karawang which has not been maximized due to the lack of quality learning in the school. .
