Pengaruh Pengaruh Strategi Pembelajaran Interaktif terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa di MAN 3 Medan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of interactive learning strategies on student learning motivation at MAN 3 Medan. The study used a quantitative approach with a descriptive research type. The research subjects consisted of 10 accelerated class students. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Observations were carried out using two observers to observe the learning process and student learning motivation during the learning activities. The questionnaire was used to determine students' responses to the learning strategies implemented by the teacher. The results showed that interactive learning strategies implemented through question and answer activities, discussions, presentations, and the use of PowerPoint media were able to create a more active learning atmosphere and engage students during the learning process. The results of the learning motivation questionnaire showed an average percentage of 89.8% with a very good category. Students appeared more enthusiastic, actively discussed, dared to express their opinions, and were more interested in participating in the learning. In addition, the delivery of the sharia cooperative project assignment that will be implemented in the school environment also made students more interested and involved in learning. Thus, interactive learning strategies can help increase student learning motivation and create a more active and less monotonous learning process.
