PENGARUH SELF ESTEEM DAN SELF EFFICACY TERHADAP KESIAPAN KERJA PADA MAHASISWA MANAJEMEN UNIVERSITAS RIAU ANGKATAN 2021

Abstract

_{This study aims to analyze the effect of self esteem and self efficacy on work}

_{readiness among Management students at the University of Riau, class of 2021.}

_{This research employs a quantitative approach with a population of 331 students}

_{and a sample of 181 respondents, determined using the Slovin formula with a}

_{simple random sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires}

_{and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version}

_{23. The data analysis techniques included data quality tests, classical assumption}

_{tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and the coefficient of determination with}

_{a significance level of 0.05. The results of this study indicate that self esteem and}

_{self efficacy have a positive and significant effect on work readiness, both}

_{partially and simultaneously. Based on the coefficient of determination (R²) test, a}

_{value of 0.593 was obtained, indicating that self esteem and self efficacy}

_{simultaneously contribute 59.3% to students’ work readiness, while the remaining}

_{40.7% is influenced by other variables outside this study.}
