PENYELEWENGAN KEKUASAAN DIRUT PDAM SURAT KEPUTUSAN NO. 91/G/2022/PTUN.MKS TERKAIT BUMD DALAM PENGIMPLEMENTASIAN AUPB
Abstract
Local-Owned Enterprises are business entities whose ownership rights are with the local government. LOE has a great responsibility in advancing the regional economy, generate regional income, and provide good public services to the community. Therefore, LOE management must be carried out properly and efficiently in order to achieve the objectives that have been given to the LOE. However, in practice, LOE management still faces various challenges, such as problems of corruption, poor governance, and limited resources. Therefore, it is very important at this time how local governments can describe increased performance, through various management strategies, strengthening governance, and optimizing the use of available resources. Through this writing, there is great hope that this writing will be used as a discussion of the government's evaluation of quality LOE and providing maximum benefits to the community.
